I’m a dietitian who graduated with a Masters of Dietetics in July. Living with type 1 diabetes for the last 22 years, I am especially passionate about supporting people living with this condition as I know first hand the difference nutrition can make! My experience has really shown me the power of good nutrition in staying healthy and that is something I want to share with others. Before diving into my nutrition studies, I worked as an aerobics fitness instructor because I love the joy that fun and engaging exercise brings to people. Outside of work, I stay active and busy with boxing and dance classes, hitting the gym, and I’ve recently enrolled in DJ lessons.

As a passionate dietitian, I am dedicated to helping individuals in all walks of life achieve their health goals through informed evidence based strategies. My personal love for nutrition began in my grandparents’ garden, where I learned the value of fresh, nutritious produce and how it can be incorporated into delicious and nutritious meals. This early exposure to wholesome foods, coupled with my passion for cooking, led me to pursue a career in dietetics where I am able to combine my love for nutritious food and helping others.

I aim to assist and empower my clients in adopting a sustainable approach to achieve their health related goals leaving them well-informed and confident in their decisions around nutrition.
